Can I be charged criminally for failing to cancel reservations KOA camping in the required amount of time?

I made reservations at a KOA camp for the purpose of week, but now it's raining and is supposed to rain all weekend. Nothing to do there if it rains … no grilling, no swimming, etc. I can not see pay 2 nights of sitting in a small hut doing nothing when we do it for free at home.
