what is a good trailer campground close to Route 40 West near Memphis TN or Amarillo TX for a quick stop over?

I’ve been surfing and found three in an hour, but numbered location maps don’t link me to the campsites. we were going to stop when tired and looking for highway signs to a KOA or other campground. i don’t want to get to far off of Rt. 40 just to get some sleep overnight and continue traveling west.

By Route 40, you mean I-40, right? Just wanted to make sure…
