I need to know what laws to the camps in upstate New York.?

I need to know what can I do about a problem I have with the camp residing between the months of May and October. We had to assume the new owners and new neighbors move in next door. We have a small stereo we played very low and is neighbor to the office and the manager says he can throw us for visiting our site twice. The other neighbors have found that music was not strong. We must do something about it in the office because nobody will listen to us and always take the side of the new neighbor. There is much for me to go to this place as a work that we were promised would be done this spring to justify raising $ 600.00 in rent, but nothing is done.
