What will happen to me legally?

Me and a few friends were traveling to Lexington, Mi to find a place to camp out. We couldn’t find a campground when we were running out of gas, so we stopped at (what we didn’t know) what was a girls camp. We went down by the beach and started drinking the 50 beers me and 6 friends brought with us. People came looking for us with flashlights so we left, and on our way out we got stopped by the cops. My friend (18) had been in some previous trouble and had marijuana on him, So when the cop searched the car He found it and told us whoever fessed up to it was saving everyone else from getting an MIP. So i said it was mine when it wasn’t. I personally had no previous record and the cop still gave us all an MIP alcohol, and i received an MIP and Possession of Marijuana. The cops didn’t even give us a BAC test

you should get a lawyer. since you have a clean record you will probably get probation and have to pay court and lawyer fees. tell the judge you want a court appointed lawyer if you can’t afford one, if you can hire one. you will probably have to see your probation officer once a month, attend n/a narcotics anonymous classes and submit to drug screens when you report for probation since it is a drug charge. oh and they charge you to be on probation so you have to pay supervision fees and pay for the n/a classes out of pocket. it can be quite expensive, but it’s better than going to jail. why take the blame for something you didn’t do and blemish your criminal record? no one else admitted to it. so the people you associate w/are not true friends
