For several years, the city of Grand Prairie, TX has been put on a wonderful fireworks show at Joe Pool Lake. The tradition is enjoyed by many people, judging by the crowds it attracts each year. There are several things you can plan to do to make your experience of watching fireworks a memorable and relaxing.
Early Arrival
Lynn Creek Park is the designated park to see the fireworks. The pyrotechnics are hit the coast of the park. Your best bet for finding a good place is to arrive early. Bring along a picnic and some chairs and / or blanket. Once you arrive, you can be able to claim a picnic table, but if you play a place to put their chairs. The three parks in the Joe Pool Lake has a wealth of excellent facilities and things to do. You can hike, bike, swim, fish and enjoy water sports (boating, jet skiing and kayaking). There are also many natural and semi natural areas that support a wide variety of plants and animals. The lake park are visited by many birders as there are very little of some of the special coastal habitats you can find here.
One does not need to have into account. Alcohol is not permitted on State Park and Lynn Creek Park will not allow glass containers.
