County ups tourist tax by 2 cents
By Christopher Curry Staff writer The County Commission unanimously approved an increase in the county tourist tax Tuesday evening and may pledge some of the funds it will generate toward the construction of a youth baseball complex in Newberry before considering the other projects competing for money.
