Cheap Travel weekend are a great way of working The Kinks outside their working week, not long enough to be stressful (unless they have four children) and offer the opportunity to relax. Note that "rest" means different things to different people (as will be soon). Here are my four best weekend getaways in the U.S. cheaper.

Las Vegas. Without doubt one of the weekend getaways more famous, probably because very few people can handle Sin City for more than a few days (my record is four). While Vegas has cost more money than their visitors would like, there are still many ways to see the city without breaking the bank. My advice is to visit the search lasvegas.com and hotel deals. If you plan to spend more than a few days there, looking into the rental of a timeshare at the Grandview, you can get one for less than five hundred dollars a week. There are tons of coupon books lining the Strip, and you can score some great deals (free massage, half off burgers, whatever).

Yosemite. By far by favorite weekend. Entering the park costs twenty dollars, and camping is approximately the same night. In a weekend can Half Dome hike, drive to the glacier to cross, or spending time in Tuolumne Meadows. Make sure you arrive early, as all these activities are most of the day.

Key West, Florida. OK, no, so the camping is so incredible as Yosemite, but the nightlife is much better. Make sure you hit the downtown market at sunset. Cruises alcohol and / or day of snorkeling trips are relatively inexpensive (less than fifty dollars) and you can always sit by the beach and contemplate your navel. To the wise: there are bars where clothing is optional, we must be prepared!

Redwood National Park. Located in northern California, this jewel is constantly overlooked by tourists, which makes it much better. You can camp by the sea and the redwoods of fifteen dollars a night and take a day hike through Fern Canyon, one of the most beautiful hikes I've been on.

There you have it: my favorite four weekend trips cheaper in the U.S..
