Looking approved camp in North Carolina, western or eastern Tennessee?

I hope someone out there can tell me about some great places camping near a week in June. I am looking for a nice place, isolated, not a lot of people in a beautiful area with mountains. Water such as lakes, streams, or river is a plus. We are looking for a place close to walking (perhaps to the waterfalls), rafting, and other fun activities. We have no plans to leave the camp all week to go near civilation. I have lots of books and have searched for websites, but I would love some reccomendations firsthand, and not living in the area.

There is a camp in the NE corner of GA in a town called Blairesville that has a lot of things about going to do. It is in a dry county FYI.
