I’m looking for a campground / bird sanctuary in co.?

I was there about 4 years ago for a week. ok here’s what I remember, It is close to Wyoming and it is maybe an hour from fort collins co. It’s of a highway. It’s next to a nowhere town population maybe 50. The camp grounds is set around a dirt road which is shaped like a “p” and it has about ten rv sites along with tent spots. That’s all I can think of now.

Pawnee National Grasslands maybe?
