Free campgrounds in Arizona?

I was looking for free camping tent in Arizona. Preferably with a lake to swim there with me and my friends are looking to stay for a night, and would prefer a secluded area with a lake and there is no fee. Near Prescott, would be good but not super necessary. Help would be appreciated! (:
