Are the Golden Ears and Goldstream campgrounds in BC (Canada) crowded?

For those who have been to those campgrounds or heard of them, are they crowded this time of year?
Which one of the two is also the least crowded if you know…

Both of the campsites are generally quite crowded during the summer and I know from visiting there that Goldsteam can get very crowded. It is the only provincial campground really near Victoria so it gets very busy during the holiday season. Although I have never stayed at Goldstream, when I go to the Victoria area I generally stay in a hotel, I have been there for a couple of visits and it is a very nice campground.

Golden Ears, which is located just outside of Maple Ridge in the lower mainland region is a nice campground and I have been there a couple of times. It is a lot larger than Goldstream and is popular with hikers, both day and longer, as well as offering other activities. Whenever I was there it was quite crowded and it was best to make a reservation if possible.
