Why won’t the Garmin Nuvi find an address?

I have a Garmin Nuvi 350. I found this campground online and it has the address. However, when I put it in the GPS, it doesn’t find any matches. I checked Google Maps, and it finds it, but the GPS doesn’t. I enter the street number, then the street name, but no matches. I’ve tried 3rd, third, and 3 for the street name. I’ve spelled out avenue and used AVE, but still no results. Why?

It sounds like the GPS simply lacks the data for that particular address. If you stop to think about it, it’s amazing that all the streets and roads and highways for all the states and cities are covered as well as they are. You should be able to download updated files for your GPS by going to the web site.
