What is this strange rock?

I went camping in whitney lakes campground in alberta canada and decided to go to the beach when I went swimming i found a strange rock!Its grey with scattered crystals with a little bit of white. I also found out that a glacier passed through about 10,000 years ago is it maybe a glacier rock?I have looked all over the internet and cant get answers!!!

I guess I am fix’n to show my ignorance, but aren’t glaciers made of ice? Maybe they have rock in them?
