Valley Fire is a 35,000-acre state park located about 45 minutes to an hour northeast of Las Vegas, where visitors can see an unparalleled view of a valley formed millions years. A two-mile drive through the park gives you the chance to stop and explore the beauty of the valley. The park offers a couple of trails to hike. An increase of a quarter mile you allows for a vision of a basin of water used as a hideout for an American Indian in the late 1800s. The longer of the two increases in walk is three miles across Canyon fire. This walk has stunning views and be sure to bring your camera.
